Angel Falls, Wisata Air Terjun di Venezuela

Angel Falls adalah air terjun yang sangat terkenal di daratan Amerika Selatan. Terletak di dataran tinggi Guavana Venezuela, diyakini bahwa air terjun tersebut memiliki tinggi 15 kali dari Niagara Falls yang berada pada 2.937 meter diatas permukaan laut.

Air terjun yang  dikenal sebagai air terjun paling menarik di seluruh dunia ini terbentuk saat arus sungai jatuh dari puncak Auyantepui, atau dikenal dengan nama lain 'Lembah Iblis' yang ketinggiannya mencapai 979 meter. Sedangkan Angel Falls sendiri dinamai ketika seorang pilot bernama Jimmy Angel mengalami kecelakaan saat pesawatnya jatuh di wilayah itu.
